An ownership mentality means that we are all in this thing together, that we are here to help each other get better every day and in doing so, help our organization get better each day.
Ownership mentality means waking up at 2 a.m. to cover a concrete pour. It means problem-solving to make sure that we are providing the best results. It means rolling up your sleeves to make sure no one drops the ball.
It signifies that I’m responsible for the world around me. This company, my job, the product we deliver, my success, and my livelihood are all products of what I contribute.

An ownership mentality means to me that I take responsibility for outcomes and I have the ability to make decisions that will lead to those outcomes.
It means others are relying on me to get it done and letting them down is not an option.

If you believe that if you work hard enough, ask enough questions, are kind to people, and are persistent enough, then amazing things will happen.
