About Thompson Holdings

In 1997, Thompson Holdings, Inc. formed to begin the transition of Thompson Engineering from a closely held corporation to the 100% employee-owned company it is today. Since then, Thompson Holdings has expanded and is the parent company of four operating subsidiaries: Thompson Engineering, Thompson Consulting Services, Watermark Design, and Meyer Engineers.

The Board of Directors and Executive Officers provide leadership and governance for the ESOP, develop strategies for growth, and make investments for our employee-owners.

Shared Business Services

The Thompson Holdings team provides critical corporate services such as risk management, safety, human resources, accounting, finance, information technology, corporate communication, and more.

Giving Back

Thompson Holdings also manages the Thompson Holdings Foundation, which has generated more than $1.5 million for the communities we serve. The Thompson Foundation awards grants to community non-profit organizations and awards scholarships to students.
